I have never lived at any place better than The Estates. I love how helpful the staff was with helping my apply and get an apartment here. I have no complaints! This is the perfect place to live.

I live here now and all in all I enjoy the layout of my apartment. However, the floor are extremely too thin.. there are 4 children above me and I hear everything from them getting whoopings to the parents having sexual relations to the kids wrestling or having tap dance practice. I hate it. I have contemplated calling the police to get them to respect that their is a family living under them. I also don’t appreciate how you don’t receive a walk through of the apartment when you’re moving out. They just take from the deposit... read more

Awful awful awful. They do not care about their tenants- after having such an awful experience all I️ can say is DO NOT RENT HERE it looks MUCH better than they treat you. Awful office staff.
