This is a great place to live! I had the pleasure of working with Elizabeth in the leasing office and she was wonderful to work with. She was friendly and explained everything clearly and most importantly answered all of my annoying questions with out batting an eye! This apartment complex is in a great location run by fantastic staff! Choose to live in The Estate Woodlands and request to work with Elizabeth, you will not be disappointed!
El staff en general es muy bueno, pero si quieres la mejor atención debes preguntar por Elizabeth ya que es muy profesional y amigable. Te sabe escuchar y de acuerdo a ello te da varias opciones de departamentos. Elizabeth sigue al pendiente por cualquier duda que surja y da una solución inmediata. Se vive muy a gusto por los buenos vecinos, por la vista desde tu departamento y por el cuidado de las áreas verdes.

Love this place!!! So nice, but also affordable. Pond, gym, saltwater pool and so many amenities included.. the staff is great and very helpful
The staff is very polite and friendly. I was able to get a tour the day I walked in, and they answered all of my questions patiently. They are very transparent about their terms and contract. If you need a tour, ask for Bianca! 👍
Our experience with The Estates Woodlands has been awesome so far and we haven't even moved in yet! Particularly my wife and I loved having Hallie as our Leasing Rep. She has made the transition smooth, is professional, and she is without a doubt who you want if looking into these nice, clean, modern apartments. We love it here already!
this is a newer and clean quite complex. staff is honest and amazing. they work hard and quick. in particular ask for Hallie. She is hard working, encouraging, and stays on top of things for you. anything you need she responds quick and precise. if she is part of this staff I imagine they are all like Hallie. it gives me an assurance that should I ever need help the staff will take my concerns seriously. these are my honest heart felt feelings about Hallie and the estates at Woodland
