Do not fill out an application at this apartment. I filled out one, and was turned down due to their pet policy. No big deal. I never signed a lease. However they changed their software, and then put a $2700 dollar broken lease fine on my credit report. I have tried to reslove the matter with them, and they are absolutely no help. I was not given the direct phone number to the property manager or telephone number. That is a lie. RecommendedMy family and I are moving in on 11/23 and I cannot wait! We signed back in September after touring the property with Elizabeth. From the start, the staff have been so helpful and so nice. They answered all of my questions and went above and beyond to show me the property and floor plans. They also did so safely, with Covid measures implemented. I just signed a lease with The Estates and had a great and comfortable experience. Hallie was the leasing agent that worked with us and she did an amazing job at making sure everything was working in our favor and in a timely manner, I’d high recommend checking this place and if you are looking for an apartment! :)
Elizabeth was awesome! We needed a place and she made it happen and it was soo easy! She’s been very helpful with all of our questions and concerns! I highly recommend using her if you need a beautiful and modern place to live for the right price!
Just moved in here. The process was so easy and Hallie was super helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure the approval process was smooth. She was available to answer my questions even when she wasn't in the office. If looking, consider The Estates Woodlands and ask for Hallie.
I had an amazing experience with them! The apartments are beautiful and modern, not to mention they have unbelievable rent specials! I just want to give a shoutout to Hallie for helping me get accommodated and to get a rate at which I can afford! Highly recommend using her as your leasing agent, she’s extremely helpful and answers any questions you might have! She’s extremely intelligent and wants the best for all of her applicants. We have been here at The Estates Woodland for quite sometime and decided to entertain renewing our lease.
