Moving out :( I lived here from June 2017 - July 2018. This is the best apartment complex I've lived in. The staff members are very friendly, and go out of their way to help you. Maintenance requests are typically handled the next day (Very fast). The apartments themselves are gorgeous and looks every bit as good as they do in pictures. I would definitely recommend this complex to anyone.

I absolutely love... (Verified Renter) I absolutely love my community everyone from the management team to the guy that picks up the trash is wonderful. Everyone is polite and always eager to help in anyway they can. The maintenance guy was awesome! He kept me updated on his progress as he completed my service request ticket. He was professional and was able to resolve my concern quickly.

Run the other way. Probably the worst apartment complex ever. No one ever answers & the gym was suppose to open up at the end of 2017. Well it didn’t open till just a few months ago. I called and asked when we were going to get access to the gym so we could use it anytime we would like. The answer I got was that I could use it during business hours. Well I work during those business hours, therefore I cant even use the gym. Plus they never fix anything in the apartment when it breaks. Like hello? What am I paying for?

Unfortunately we are a small staff and if we all are with someone or on the other line we are unable to answer the phone. However, we will always return voicemails when they are left for us. As far as 24/7 access, we are working diligently on getting all of the systems to work together so the residents only need 1 key card instead of 3 for the gates, pool and the gym.
