The neighborhood is extremely quiet, the grounds are well-manicured and the community center/fitness facility is always near in appearance. The Retreat at... (Verified Renter) The Retreat at Bermuda Lake is a very nice and peaceful community with luxurious amenities as well as apartments. Their staff are very helpful and they have a 24 hour line service where you can call and get your apartment problem fixed at no additional cost. The price is great for an apartment/community of this level. It is close to everything you may need such as malls, wholesale clubs, car washes, you name it. I would definitely recommend this community to somebody.
Life at Retreat... (Verified Renter) Life at Retreat has been great, fantastic pool and gym with outdoor grilling available. Great view by the lake, feels tucked away and resort-like while still having access to Brandon mall and other options for food and entertainment.
Roaches and high rent increase I’ve lived here over a year now. From the day we moved in through the first 5 or so months the apt was infested with roaches. Cortland came and sprayed only when we complained (not every week like we were told they would). We spent alot of our own money on products to get rid of the roaches. Once we finally got rid of the roaches we really enjoyed living here. However, we just recieved our rent renewal and it is increasing by $116/month. So prepare for all that if u decide to move here.

Overall it is... (Verified Renter) Overall it is a quiet community which has friendly neighbors . The apartment is laid out nicely. Landscaping is maintained. Enjoy the valet trash service. Appreciate the curbless walk ways and opportunity to fish. Other activities are available: Zumba dance, gym for residents to enjoy and occasional residential get together. Office and maintenance staff are beyond excellent.
We like how... (Verified Renter) We like how the repairman are helpful, one day we left home but forgot to lock the door so we called the front office and the had one the guys come lock the door, he left a note that he had been there abd that everything was alright.
