The outside of... (Verified Renter) The outside of the apartment complex is beautiful and the pool area is beautiful. That is all a plus but it won't matter if the leasing office and maintenance crew does not do there job and just tell you anything you want to hear. There is better places near Tampa area look there before you come here.

Love the secluded... (Verified Renter) Love the secluded community. Were tucked in but close enough to all the action. The staff is always friendly and the community always kept clean. The pool is my favorite spot!

(Verified Renter) The people's who work at Cortland Resident are very respectful and courteous if you have any problems in your building they will handle it right away they are always there when you need them. I have been living here for almost 3 years at the Retreat at Bermuda Lake Dr apartments and I love living here.
