From day one... (Verified Renter) From day one I was super impressed with the customer service of the team members here at the Retreat at Bermuda Lake. Emails were always responded to, phone calls, and service requests are done within 48 hours or you don't have to pay rent for that month. The renovations are gorgeous and the gym is huge! Learning about the rules of how to pay online and take out the trash took some getting used to, but just ask lots of questions and someone will be sure to answer them. I've lived here... (Verified Renter) I've lived here at Retreat at Bermuda in Brandon for a year & a half, and I love it here. The staff is respectful and courteous, the manager is pleasant and delightful, as well as her office staff. Any issues that arises are taken care of and resolved to my/yours satisfaction. They also offer extras like a new gym for residents, parcel pending for your parcel delivery, community gatherings, etc.

A lot of fun community activities. The maintenance staff led by Jose are very professional and their response to any issues are dealt with to our satisfaction. The apartment is... (Verified Renter) The apartment is very nice and spacious above living is terrible no quiet time. Debris is. Terrible however I sweep once a week. and sometime twice..dogs can smell waste in front of building dogs large and small continue to use as a waste area..tenants should forbid pets to use as a pause area. There are so many.

The outside of... (Verified Renter) The outside of the apartment complex is beautiful and the pool area is beautiful. That is all a plus but it won't matter if the leasing office and maintenance crew does not do there job and just tell you anything you want to hear. There is better places near Tampa area look there before you come here.
