Life at Retreat... (Verified Renter) Life at Retreat has been great, fantastic pool and gym with outdoor grilling available. Great view by the lake, feels tucked away and resort-like while still having access to Brandon mall and other options for food and entertainment.
Roaches and high rent increase I’ve lived here over a year now. From the day we moved in through the first 5 or so months the apt was infested with roaches. Cortland came and sprayed only when we complained (not every week like we were told they would). We spent alot of our own money on products to get rid of the roaches. Once we finally got rid of the roaches we really enjoyed living here. However, we just recieved our rent renewal and it is increasing by $116/month. So prepare for all that if u decide to move here.

Overall it is... (Verified Renter) Overall it is a quiet community which has friendly neighbors . The apartment is laid out nicely. Landscaping is maintained. Enjoy the valet trash service. Appreciate the curbless walk ways and opportunity to fish. Other activities are available: Zumba dance, gym for residents to enjoy and occasional residential get together. Office and maintenance staff are beyond excellent.
We like how... (Verified Renter) We like how the repairman are helpful, one day we left home but forgot to lock the door so we called the front office and the had one the guys come lock the door, he left a note that he had been there abd that everything was alright.

From day one... (Verified Renter) From day one I was super impressed with the customer service of the team members here at the Retreat at Bermuda Lake. Emails were always responded to, phone calls, and service requests are done within 48 hours or you don't have to pay rent for that month. The renovations are gorgeous and the gym is huge! I've lived here... (Verified Renter) I've lived here at Retreat at Bermuda in Brandon for a year & a half, and I love it here. The staff is respectful and courteous, the manager is pleasant and delightful, as well as her office staff. Any issues that arises are taken care of and resolved to my/yours satisfaction. They also offer extras like a new gym for residents, parcel pending for your parcel delivery, community gatherings, etc.
