We like how... (Verified Renter) We like how the repairman are helpful, one day we left home but forgot to lock the door so we called the front office and the had one the guys come lock the door, he left a note that he had been there abd that everything was alright.

From day one... (Verified Renter) From day one I was super impressed with the customer service of the team members here at the Retreat at Bermuda Lake. Emails were always responded to, phone calls, and service requests are done within 48 hours or you don't have to pay rent for that month. The renovations are gorgeous and the gym is huge! Learning about the rules of how to pay online and take out the trash took some getting used to, but just ask lots of questions and someone will be sure to answer them. I've lived here... (Verified Renter) I've lived here at Retreat at Bermuda in Brandon for a year & a half, and I love it here. The staff is respectful and courteous, the manager is pleasant and delightful, as well as her office staff. Any issues that arises are taken care of and resolved to my/yours satisfaction. They also offer extras like a new gym for residents, parcel pending for your parcel delivery, community gatherings, etc.

We love living... (Verified Renter) We love living at Retreat at Bermuda lake. It's a quiet neighborhood with a great management and maintenance staff. Very professional and personal. A lot of fun community activities. The maintenance staff led by Jose are very professional and their response to any issues are dealt with to our satisfaction. A wonderful management and maintenance team.

Terrible however I sweep once a week. and sometime twice..dogs can smell waste in front of building dogs large and small continue to use as a waste area..tenants should forbid pets to use as a pause area. There are so many.
