The staff here... (Verified Renter) The staff here is EXCELLENT!! Their response time for any word or concern had been superb! There grounds are so neatly manicured and well kept, they seriously remind us of some of the resorts we've visited in the Caribbean. We highly recommend these apartment homes!!
The overall experience... (Verified Renter) The overall experience is good, there are personal opinions I have about minor things, but over all a decent place to live. I do see efforts being made to make this community the best place to live, and I look forward to that potential.
Stay Away! The property is great, the management and staff are terrible. They are rude and unprofessional, it is NOT worth the monthly rent to live.

Give me the... (Verified Renter) Give me the lake is a very nice place to live. Very nice and quiet. Beautiful landscaping lots of birds. I enjoy the lake and the calmness the place. Staff is very friendly and helpful maintenance is normally done within a day. I love the clubhouse you can set back and read or workout in the gym.

I love that when I put in a maintenance request that they promise to work it within 48 hours otherwise you don't pay rent for that month. Not only is the staff very professional and knowledgeable they are also very personable. The maintenance requests are always completed within 24 hours, sometimes less, which I really appreciate.
