Stunning Community I Loooove my apartment. I have lived here for three months now. There huge inside, my kitchen is amazing. The grounds are very serine and plush and the sunsets are to die for! The staff treats you like you are family! I highly recommend this community.

From the friendly office staff, who do their best to help you feel at home, to the quick Maintenance crew, spacious apartments and beautiful lake view, this place is Great! I recommend it. I enjoy the pool and gym as well.
Verified Renter Cortland Bermuda Lake has large and beautiful apartments. Roaches and pests are a persistent issue here and the community does not feel very safe. Parking is always a problem, packages are stolen, and there have been multiple fights in the parking lot. Given the location, I do not believe it is worth the high rent.
Verified Renter Office staff is always friendly and professional! Maintenance is courteous and respectful. Community is very clean! The weight room and pool area is very nice and maintained. No issues with any neighbors whatsoever. Assigned parking would be great.
