The tranquility of this apartment community is so relaxing, very quiet, and there are so many activities you can enjoy. Verified Renter This is a gated community, but the gate is always broken. If you're looking for a safe place, look around. The front desk staff is good, but maintenance takes weeks to get to you. We will definitely be moving when our lease expires.
Verified Renter Nice peaceful community, with beautiful apartments , gym, swimming pool. Interior is really good ,definitely get a tour if you are planning to move.

Besides that, there are a ton of negatives. 1) noise levels - neighbors are very loud and inconsiderate of others. Constant yelling and screaming to the point where one time it sounded very abusive so we immediately contacted management and nothing was done at all. They say they can’t do anything about it. Verified Renter I love living at Cortland Bermuda! My apartment is very spacious and updated. The amenities such as the pool, clubhouse and gym are gorgeous. It’s a quiet place to live situated back behind residential neighborhoods on a beautiful lake. The wildlife here is amazing and they offer food trucks regularly!
