Verified Renter This is a gated community, but the gate is always broken. If you're looking for a safe place, look around. The front desk staff is good, but maintenance takes weeks to get to you. We will definitely be moving when our lease expires.
Verified Renter Nice peaceful community, with beautiful apartments , gym, swimming pool. Interior is really good ,definitely get a tour if you are planning to move.
Verified Renter The apartment layout is very nice. Favorite part is the kitchen. There’s lots of parking for residents as well as guests. Besides that, there are a ton of negatives. 1) noise levels - neighbors are very loud and inconsiderate of others. Constant yelling and screaming to the point where one time it sounded very abusive so we immediately contacted management and nothing was done at all. They say they can’t do anything about it. Verified Renter I love living at Cortland Bermuda! My apartment is very spacious and updated. The amenities such as the pool, clubhouse and gym are gorgeous. It’s a quiet place to live situated back behind residential neighborhoods on a beautiful lake. The wildlife here is amazing and they offer food trucks regularly!

Verified Renter Don’t feel safe in this community. Neighbors are extremely loud. Driving by quickly, blaring music. Gate is always broken. Landscaping needs work. Would NOT recommend
Verified Renter Overall, living here is mixed bag. Service requests are completed quite fast and wellbut some of the facilities are just not up to par. The gates break way too often and we bring our own trash to the dumpster now because the valet trash service is unpredictable. Its always a bet if they will take your trash out and when they dont end up getting to it, the raccoons or possums like to get in there overnight and rip apart your trash, making a huge mess.
