Verified Renter Don’t feel safe in this community. Neighbors are extremely loud. Driving by quickly, blaring music. Gate is always broken. Landscaping needs work. Would NOT recommend
Verified Renter Overall, living here is mixed bag. Service requests are completed quite fast and wellbut some of the facilities are just not up to par. The gates break way too often and we bring our own trash to the dumpster now because the valet trash service is unpredictable. Its always a bet if they will take your trash out and when they dont end up getting to it, the raccoons or possums like to get in there overnight and rip apart your trash, making a huge mess. We've submitted 5 service requests over the interval of a few months and the requests have always been closed without any resolution. Additionally, reaching the office management is nearly impossible. No one ever responds to the office phone line and leaving a voicemail doesn't result in anything either.
