Verified Renter Very nice, friendly, community with planned events. Maintenance issues are taken care of in a timely manner. Lots of parking available. Pet friendly and gated community. Nice pool area and 24 hour gym. Would definitely recommend this place
Verified Renter Cortland at Bermuda Lake is a beautiful, apartment complex in a strategic location. From the friendly office staff, who do their best to help you feel at home, to the quick Maintenance crew, spacious apartments and beautiful lake view, this place is Great! I recommend it. I enjoy the pool and gym as well.
Verified Renter Cortland Bermuda Lake has large and beautiful apartments. Roaches and pests are a persistent issue here and the community does not feel very safe. Parking is always a problem, packages are stolen, and there have been multiple fights in the parking lot. Given the location, I do not believe it is worth the high rent.
Verified Renter Office staff is always friendly and professional! Maintenance is courteous and respectful. Community is very clean! The weight room and pool area is very nice and maintained. No issues with any neighbors whatsoever. Assigned parking would be great.

Verified Renter The complex is very green (lots of nature), which I love. Its located in an area that is very private but at the same time conveniently close to stores, I-75, I-4, etc. However, they need to catch up with maintaining better the dog park and other amenities, as well as with picking up the trash and dog waste around the complex.
Verified Renter Ive lived here for about 2 months now and so far its been great. Office staff was very helpful with getting my sister and I moved in when there were unexpected troubles with our initial rental and have since always been friendly and amenable. Maintenance is quick to respond as well.
Gone downhill quickly over the last year. When we first moved in this apartment community was incredible but over the past year it's gone downhill... Trash is never properly collected, dog park isn't kept up with (gates constantly broken and grass not kept), doggie poo bags/trash bins aren't refilled/emptied often enough so dogs poop all over the grass and even the sidewalk, there is trash everywhere and a racoon problem, the pool is okay when its open.
