Not only is the staff very professional and knowledgeable they are also very personable. The maintenance requests are always completed within 24 hours, sometimes less, which I really appreciate. This place is... (Verified Renter) This place is pretty but all of the finishes and maintenance is done very poorly. We have had five leaks in the seven months we have been here. Only one of one of the leaks did they ever fix the damage done due to the leak. We have had three ceiling leaks all in different areas, stemming from separate issues. The front desk will send packages back to sender depending who you are. I found out that they did this to a few of my packages because they don't hold packages for residence. Once I ac... read more

Honestly the only... (Verified Renter) Honestly the only good thing about this place is the office staff, the maintenance team and the apartments in the inside. The residents and the trash and dog poop everywhere its definitely a no no place to live at.
