The Retreat at... (Verified Renter) The Retreat at Bermuda Lake is like a resort style apartment community. I love it because it is beautiful and the maintenance guys take great care of the exterior and interior of the grounds. There is a 48 hour policy stating that all service requests must be worked by or The Retreat will pay your next month's rent. Additionally, the pool and fitness facility is absolutely amazing! We LOVE the... (Verified Renter) We LOVE the Retreat at Bermuda Lake by Cortland! The staff members treat us like family and they have always made us feel welcome. Moving from out of state can be scary, but we knew we would be taken care of in this community. Our apartment is cozy, all of the beautiful finishes give it such a clean look. We have never heard a peep from surrounding neighbors, which is one of my favorite things about this community! I highly recommend this complex!!

The Retreat by... (Verified Renter) The Retreat by Cortland is an AMAZING property to live at! The Leasing staff are very cordial, the Maintenance staff are very hardworking and well trained in their craft, and the Resident Experience staff are very precise with ensuring your experience is one to never forget! I love it here and would recommend this community as number #1!
The staff here... (Verified Renter) The staff here is EXCELLENT!! Their response time for any word or concern had been superb! There grounds are so neatly manicured and well kept, they seriously remind us of some of the resorts we've visited in the Caribbean. We highly recommend these apartment homes!!
The overall experience... (Verified Renter) The overall experience is good, there are personal opinions I have about minor things, but over all a decent place to live. I do see efforts being made to make this community the best place to live, and I look forward to that potential.
Stay Away! The property is great, the management and staff are terrible. They are rude and unprofessional, it is NOT worth the monthly rent to live.

Give me the... (Verified Renter) Give me the lake is a very nice place to live. Very nice and quiet. Beautiful landscaping lots of birds. I enjoy the lake and the calmness the place. Staff is very friendly and helpful maintenance is normally done within a day. I love the clubhouse you can set back and read or workout in the gym.
