Love, Love, Love! I have been living at The Retreat for three months now with my three other roommates and we absolutely love this apartment complex! With the new edition to the gym and yoga studio, the pool is always a great place to relax, and the area is beautiful. I haven't had a problem with neighbors and when it comes to maintenance, this complex is always on top of their work! Thank you Retreat at Bermuda Lake for the great living experience!
Great Place to Live! Awesome apartment that’s has luxuriously fixtures such as black or stainless appliances, granite counter tops and spacious cabinets. N addition to this they’ve just built a new pool, office, business center and Gymboree that’s 24/7. Highly recommend youcome check this apartments out.
Awesome community I was refer by a friend to live in this community, fist I was not sure but after I was given the tour and learn all the amenities offer, I was sold. I moved last year and I can assure that is a quiet, clean community, the people in the office are very courteous, friendly, and very helpful as well as the maintenance team. I highly recommend Retreat more now that we are are brand new clubhouse, very luxurious, top of the line, upper scale community

My FAVORITE apartment EVER! The Retreat at Bermuda Lake by Cortland is hands down the best community I have had the pleasure of living. From the brand new state-of-the-art fitness center, to the outstanding customer service from every team member, it makes living here a delight. I’m proud to call The Retreat my home, and would definitely recommend Cortland communities to my family and friends.
Renovated pool and clubhouse are great Now that the clubhouse is open I can use the brand new fitness equipment which is really nice! Theres food trucks on Wednesdays and the office hosts events a few times a month which are really fun and free for us! Me and my roommates are very happy here
Wonder place to live The Retreat has the best office staff and is a great place to live. They have a brand new gym, pool, and office that are beautiful. They keep the place clean and well kept. I love our apartment with a big kitchen with lots of counter space and plenty of storage space throughout the apartment.
A good place that is getting better Now that the pool and leasing office is built...Fantastic amenities, great open apt layouts, friendly staff and residents.Only complaint is lack of communication as to how long bldgs took to build, construction was supposed to be done in Jan, they just opened everything this past weekend in May....
Lived here for... (Verified Renter) Lived here for 10 years. Have seen lots of improvements from the apartments to management. Current management team best so far. Overall renovations look great!!
