A great place to live with a Family I would like to say that this property has been the furthest a marvelous community. The personnel in the office as well maintenance have gone above and beyond to help me in my moving. I'm very satisfied with the new club house as well other amenities offer in the complex. It is a wonderful place to live, very quiet, and people are very courteous. The apartments are upper scale comparing with the prices of other communities I've resided. They have a luxury summing pool with a great view.
Apartments are amazing I’ve been at the apartment complex for about two months now and I could not have asked for a better experience. With the renovated pool and clubhouse I have all I need at the foot of my home and if something goes wrong I can call maintenance and they will come right away to fix the problem. Love this place and I can’t wait to spend the coming months living here

Brittany and staff My husband I have lived at the Retreat for about three years. The Retreat is like no other complex in the Tampa/Brandon area. Service and friendliness stands out and Brittany, along with Jose and other staffers make our home, a true home. The grounds are spotless and the interior accommodations truly makes us feels like we are at a retreat. We highly recommend this location if you are looking for a place above the average. Love, Love, Love! I have been living at The Retreat for three months now with my three other roommates and we absolutely love this apartment complex! With the new edition to the gym and yoga studio, the pool is always a great place to relax, and the area is beautiful. I haven't had a problem with neighbors and when it comes to maintenance, this complex is always on top of their work! Thank you Retreat at Bermuda Lake for the great living experience!
Great Place to Live! Awesome apartment that’s has luxuriously fixtures such as black or stainless appliances, granite counter tops and spacious cabinets. N addition to this they’ve just built a new pool, office, business center and Gymboree that’s 24/7. Highly recommend youcome check this apartments out.
Awesome community I was refer by a friend to live in this community, fist I was not sure but after I was given the tour and learn all the amenities offer, I was sold. I moved last year and I can assure that is a quiet, clean community, the people in the office are very courteous, friendly, and very helpful as well as the maintenance team. I highly recommend Retreat more now that we are are brand new clubhouse, very luxurious, top of the line, upper scale community
