Verified Renter Horrible experience with Avana since new rental company took over. Lack of communication with management, forget getting anything fixed, and there’s a ton of roaches.

Verified Renter Staff is friendly, maintenance is quick and courteous. Our furnace quit at 10pm when it was 10 degrees outside, we called the emergency maintenance number and our furnace was fixed within an hour of placing the call. Shared spaces are clean and well kept, beautiful pool. Airport noise can be a lot at times, but isn't much of an issue after a while. Neighbors are friendly, valet trash is very convenient, nice sized dog park. Overall, very satisfied with my experience here!

Verified Renter There have been numerous break-ins to cars, there have been drive-by shootings, the staff gives insufficient notice on any inspections or maintenance, threatens to break the lock if you don’t leave the door unlocked (in a place that has break ins and shootings!) or rearrange your whole schedule to be there, the amenities don’t work half as well as they should for the cost, you’ll get charged for valet trash that seems like they don’t show up half the time, and the waste bags they provide for pet owners so thi... read more
