beautiful apartment but too many hidden fees and not enought amenties for the price they charge 600 a year to use their stainless steal appliances, 25 for trash, 40 for the washer and dryer, so many other nice apartments include a lot of those things and they also have all the amenities finished lol

Think twice before you move in. We are so disappointed in our apartment home. We relocated from another state last week. When we got here we were not happy to see the club house under construction. That means no gym, no pool tables, the area in front of the pool is a construction mess. We asked when they would be finished with the construction we were told it would be October at the latest. When we got the keys to our apartment it was dirty. The floors had not been vacuumed, both bathrooms had soapscum in the showers. The fl... read more

Avoid The Promises And Live Somewhere That Actually Delivers What They Promise After one year we're out. One year of rotting trash stacked eight feet around the trash compactor, covered in flies and maggots. One year of promises made and not kept, a clubhouse and gym never finished, a pool floating with bugs and mulch. No parking, residents with derelict vehicles, guests whose stays last weeks, walking back to our apt. in rain after work. I am sorry that we were not able to meet your expectations while you were here, but we are working hard to address many of the issues you have mentioned. We have worked with our trash company and have them coming by the community to empty the compactor twice a week now. This has eliminated the issue of garbage pilling around the compactor.
