NEVERENDING CONSTRUCTION I signed a year lease in May 2017 and was promised a beautiful clubhouse and gated community within 60 days of moving in. I was patient and after the 60 days I contacted management to get an idea of when the construction would be done because it was quite an eye sore as well as an inconvenience to my lifestyle. Unfortunately, these things can happen in construction. We had some issues with contractors early on and then the hurricane caused even further delays. (Verified Renter) Retreat at Broadway is a quiet apartment community with excellent response time from maintenance; however, tenants are penalized for allowing their dogs to defecate in the grass as the management has no effective system to monitor violators. Since we live in Florida, pest management should happen monthly - not by request only once a problem has been detected.

beautiful apartment but too many hidden fees and not enought amenties for the price they charge 600 a year to use their stainless steal appliances, 25 for trash, 40 for the washer and dryer, so many other nice apartments include a lot of those things and they also have all the amenities finished lol

Think twice before you move in. We are so disappointed in our apartment home. We relocated from another state last week. When we got here we were not happy to see the club house under construction. That means no gym, no pool tables, the area in front of the pool is a construction mess. We asked when they would be finished with the construction we were told it would be October at the latest.
