My FAVORITE apartment EVER! The Retreat at Bermuda Lake by Cortland is hands down the best community I have had the pleasure of living. From the brand new state-of-the-art fitness center, to the outstanding customer service from every team member, it makes living here a delight. I’m proud to call The Retreat my home, and would definitely recommend Cortland communities to my family and friends.
Renovated pool and clubhouse are great Now that the clubhouse is open I can use the brand new fitness equipment which is really nice! Theres food trucks on Wednesdays and the office hosts events a few times a month which are really fun and free for us! Me and my roommates are very happy here
Wonder place to live The Retreat has the best office staff and is a great place to live. They have a brand new gym, pool, and office that are beautiful. They keep the place clean and well kept. I love our apartment with a big kitchen with lots of counter space and plenty of storage space throughout the apartment.
A good place that is getting better Now that the pool and leasing office is built...Fantastic amenities, great open apt layouts, friendly staff and residents.Only complaint is lack of communication as to how long bldgs took to build, construction was supposed to be done in Jan, they just opened everything this past weekend in May....

The staff here... (Verified Renter) The staff here is knowledgeable, pleasant, kind and the follow up. They walk you through the entire move in process. They make sure you are satisfied with your new place. They ask questions to ensure you are happy with the process. Even the maintenance workers are pleasant. I had a package at the office and it was very large. I would have had to push that huge box to my bldg and hope my son was home to help me get ot up the stairs.
