NEVERENDING CONSTRUCTION I signed a year lease in May 2017 and was promised a beautiful clubhouse and gated community within 60 days of moving in. I was patient and after the 60 days I contacted management to get an idea of when the construction would be done because it was quite an eye sore as well as an inconvenience to my lifestyle. Unfortunately, these things can happen in construction. We had some issues with contractors early on and then the hurricane caused even further delays. We have since taken greater care in communicating progress on the construction with our residents and have sent out a notification recently. (Verified Renter) Retreat at Broadway is a quiet apartment community with excellent response time from maintenance; however, tenants are penalized for allowing their dogs to defecate in the grass as the management has no effective system to monitor violators. Since we live in Florida, pest management should happen monthly - not by request only once a problem has been detected.
