Excellent Staff and Atmosphere I've only lived here for 2 months but so far I have no complaints. The location is PERFECT and can walk everywhere. Josephine in the front office is so helpful and sweet. Live here if you want to be close to downtown and have an awesome place to live.
Great Place In A Great Location Even though I just recently moved in I am so far impressed with the complex. Moving in has never been easier and the staff is all really helpful and friendly. It's a great location and the apartments are well kept. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice, reasonably priced apartment in this location.
Good I love my location, and the price is great for living in downtown. But old management was a lot better and definitely cared more for the residents. New management iraised the prices on everything and seems to only care about taking your money. Other then that maintenance never takes long at all and all the appliances work pretty well. We had a problem with the stove for a bit but they fixed it for us with no problem. It has it's ups and downs but mostly ups.
