Verified Renter Retreat at Barton Creek has a great staff that is always willing to help. They are very kind and keep up with property well. The amenities are outstanding and always enjoyable.

DON'T DO IT!!! The ONLY good aspect about the Retreat at Barton Creek is the maintenance team, they're great. Aside from that the apartments are way too expensive for the poor quality living conditions. Be careful of the hidden fees you will not be informed about until you receive the first months bill. They turn the hot tub down so low in the winter you are unable to enjoy in and the fineness center is not maintained- equipment will was always broke. Retreat at Barton Creek Overall, I have really enjoyed living here, and it is in a great location with great amenities. There are, however, a couple of fairly significant downfalls to be aware of. Amazing place in the greenbelt! This apartment complex is absolutely amazing! It backs up to the greenbelt, allowing for easy access to trails and nature. Waking up on a brisk morning looking at the trees is really wonderful! The office staff is the friendliest I've ever met, they offer monthly resident brunches along with other goodies as well.
Clean and friendly Apartment space is clean, quite and friendly. Quick attention to any repairs or needs.
Perfect for Young Professionals! The Retreat at Barton Creek is an excellent place for young professionals. It's only 10 minutes to the heart of downtown and is close to SoCo and everything South Lamar has to offer. You can walk to a grocery store, Starbucks and a number of restaurants/bars. It's amazing! The common areas are well maintained and any maintenance request I've had has been addressed within 48 hours. I love living here!
