Verified Renter The location is wonderful! You have the outdoor remote feel while being in close proximity to downtown, bars, restaurants and shops. It feels like I am getting the best of both worlds. I have been so pleased with the entire process of my move and the complex is everything I thought it would be and more with moving in site unseen.

Verified Renter Have only lived at the Retreat for two weeks, but so far it has been good. The application process was quick and simple, the price was good, and you can't beat the location (S Lamar AND on the Green Belt). The biggest downsides were the unit was dirty when we moved in, and I have already witnessed a homeless person use the pool as his personal bath.

Verified Renter Barton Creek is an apartment complex unlike any other. When you come home you feel like you are entering a wooded areaa retreat away from the city life. Only 15 minutes from downtown, this is a real treasure.

The first year was amazing but I got frustrated with service entering my unit a few times for service I didnt submit without communicating. I signed a second year thinking itll be worth it anyways because I love the office and staff. So great! But Service has entered my apartment without letting me or the co-signer know too many times since January of this year already that Ive lost count. Verified Renter I have lived at RBC for 18 years mostly because of shopping convenience and the lovely grounds. Public transportation is important to me and Capital Metro is very convenient from this location.
