Nice studio! Great folks. – Very real place. Great artwork on the wall and I totally felt like the place had its act together. Got my 5th tat there and couldn't be more happy. Once I get some more cash, I will be back for sure!! Thanks guys. BREW MAN!!!!

the only shop i would go to for your art work – helloi'm thomas and a life time custmer of karen, and love the invorment at resurrection,allthe empolies are respctfull and are some of the best artist in the buizness, so if your looking for the best artist in austin,and the best shop in austin. i can only and would only recomend the talent they have brought togather at resurrection tattoo,specail thanks to my ink goddess karen

Best Tattoo Artist I've Ever Had Adorn Me! – I was excited to learn Karen Slafter had moved to Resurrection Tattoos and went to schedule a new piece for my head, to join the beautiful one she inked waaaay back in 1991 (out of my 7, she's done 4, the other 3 were from before she worked in Austin). KAREN ROCKS! – I have been getting tattoos for 10 years and for the past 5 I've only gone to Karen. Once you get one of her pieces you will never want to go to anyone else. She is friendly and fun, in addition to being a complete badass artist. i have brought in art work for her to work from and i've had several peices customed designed and all are amazing. I want to highly recommend Karen @ Resurrection Tattoo on South Lamar. I have gotten many tattoo's at other locations and this is one of the best shops and Karen is one of the most professional artist that I have delt with. Everyone at the shop is friendly and professional. I could go on and on about the quality of her work, but it really speaks for itself. If you want to get your tattoo by a true artist, not just someone who can trace and draw a little then make sure to go see Karen.

Karen is great! – Karen did my tattoo a few years ago. It was my first one and she was very patient with me. Her artwork was perfect. I have been to her twice and she has alway been friendly and helpful. Although I haven't gone to Resurrection Tattoos, I will for my next one. I am looking forward to Karen being the artist for my next tattoo.

Amazing attitude, amazing work! – Karen did my first tatoo when I was 19, I walked in with a few pictures of what I had in mind and she put togeher the perfect piece for me.
