Back in October I had lost all motivation to workout or eat right. I knew that I needed a change, so I decided to go try out the gym that my wife goes to (Results - Elk Grove). Within a week I was feeling more motivated than I had in years. The coaches are fantastic and the 6 week challenge was the exact motivation that I needed to start taking care of myself again!
I, like a lot of people need the accountability to workout. I was getting too used to looking at the gym equipment I purchased but am not using. Very expensive clothes hangers. This is just what I needed. Great workout
Great place to workout and a very positive environment! Good professional trainers that work there and help anyone there with the workouts even if they have to modify it. 👍🏿👍🏿
