5/30 #Results Knowing this is just for me.... feels so good! My first weigh-in was yesterday and I lost 6 lbs after only attending 4 days in my first week! How amazing is that! I have neglected my body for far too long. My health needs the attention Results offers, and I love it. Anyone interested in joining me at "Results TC" come out to the Elk Grove location!
I just finished the 6 week challenge, this was definitely the hardest thing I have ever done but I'm so glad I did! Now 6 weeks later I have lost 23 lbs and feel so much better about myself. Results is a great gym the staff is very knowledgeable. Thank you so much for all your help.
One of the best things I've ever done health-wise. I weighed the most I ever had and wasn't happy with the condition my body was in. The workouts weren't my favorite part, but they pushed me in a good way. I learned a new way to eat and I'm more health-conscious moving forward. I last 20+ pounds and dropped my body fat percentage by 8%. I really got great "results"!
I have a lot of thanks to you because it is very difficult to lose weight, and with your great help I get down in 3 months 44 lbs after two pregnancies in a row I thought I could not get down so much but God put them in my way and here I am feeling like new with more energies and believing in me!
