I joined 2 years ago and stopped after 4 months. Joint again in March 2018. I love this place, love the coaches. They all are very helpful. No plan to quit this time.
So far I am enjoying the 4:30 am class. Although I am retired working out early in the morning gets my day going. The coaches are awesome and helpful.
Enjoyed the 21 Day Detox. Big shout out to JB and Javier, two great trainers.
Because of Results I have been able to gain the confidence that I needed to become healthy once again after having my first child. It allowed me to devote a productive hour to myself that made me feel 100 times better though out the day with the people that I love.
