I did the six week challenge after reading the owner’s testimony and encouragement from my daughter. I lost 22 pounds but did not meet my BMI. They let you continue with another challenge. To my surprise there is no fancy equipment just old fashioned excercises and after 30 workouts I can say no two were ever the same! The trainers are the key to motivate you through each workout. I just finished my 2nd round of the 6 week weight loss challenge and I couldn't be happier with my personal results! The coaches are very helpful and will modify any exercise for you to make it easier or harder depending on your needs/limitations. I love the group setting because you automatically know that you're not alone and there are plenty of people around you experiencing the same struggles and triumphs. I can't wait to start round 3! 😄
My first 6 weeks with Results TC has been amazing. It is truly a judgment free zone where the trainers work with you to reach all of your goals. Everyone is happy, supportive and friendly. I am so excited to embark on my next 6 weeks! Special shout out to Coach Kami!
I finished my challenge and lost a grand total of 22lbs ( with shoes on! ) with the weight lost I felt like I can do more with my fitness and I upped my goals to taking another challenge. Without Results and my support ecosystem in place, I would still be an always tired, overweight, almost having diabetes couch potato that ate whatever and didn't care about the repercussions. This gym is a joke. If I could give zero stars I would. The way they run the company is completely shady and low. It’s not about the customer, but about their profits. I signed up for a 28 day summer shred. I was very open about my concerns, the main one being the fact that I would be moving and knew that the 28 Days would be it for me.
