It was time for a tune up so I signed up for the 6 week challenge, I've done it in the past and was successful but I decided to take my money and run and the weight slowly crept back on. This round I rolled my money into a membership!! This gym will motivate you and get you the results you want. There are at least 2-3 coaches at each workout who are constantly pushing you harder and correcting your form and showing you the correct way. I never thought I would like to "train" in a gym but Results has completely changed my mind and transformed my body!! I joined the 20lb challenge back in November after hearing the successful stories from my friends and coworkers. It’s certainly not an easy journey. The trainers at Results have offered me incredible guidance and the gym is simply just a fun place to hang out. I’ve lost 23.6lb in 6 weeks!!
