Results is absolutely amazing!! This gym and the 6 week challenge was exactly what I needed to jumpstart my health and fitness journey. I learned so much about myself and my ability to commit and follow through. The trainers are great and knowledgeable, and the members and challengers are all friendly and fun. I recommend this gym and the challenge to everyone who is looking for a great gym, with an accountability system.
It was refreshing to see the fit fam enjoy each other’s company. I can feel the muscles in my stomach again. Its embarrassing to know I used to be the queen of pushups and burpees 29 years later I can’t do one. I’m getting there. I learned to set a goal and stick with it. My goal was to just at least get started on the way to a healthier life. The coaches helped me do that. This is the Best place on earth. The People are so helpful and want you to attain your goals just as much as you do. They even strive to remember your name and what you like and dislike. Now I’m doing the same back to them. They are like family.
I had the opportunity to participate in the 6 week 20lb challenge at results and loved every second of it. If anyone is serious about being healthy and bettering their life, I highly suggest taking a look at results. Thank you to all the lovely coaches who pushed and supported me the whole way!
