This gym, this program, this family and the Coaches have changed my life. I look forward to working out with the FIT family, I look forward to reaching my goals and I can actually stick the plan even while on vacation. I have not thought that I could be fit again in my life without surgery to loss weight, now I know I can do it and be strong even at 37. This family has saved my life and given me back the life I deserve one workout and one pound at a time!!!!

Results transformation center and their staff and members are exceptional. Joining the 6 week challenge has been the greatest experience of my life. It has helped me gain strength physically, mentally and emotionally. I never thought I could do the workouts I am doing now. For the first time in my life I can say I'm proud of myself for sticking with the challenge and finishing successfully. I could not have done it without all the support results team and fit family. A big thank you to everyone!!
I was very skeptical about this program at first but I had a support system doing it with me so I said what the hell. I have never ever been more happy that I went through with something! The coaches and staff are amazing and motivating . My first workout I was sore. I asked a million questions every step of the way and everyone was happy to help. Results has been an amazing experience. On the first day, the coaches took the time to learn my name and find out my strengths and weaknesses. During workouts, if they ever noticed me struggling with a particular exercise, they would suggest modifications to help strengthen my muscles without injuring myself.
