This is the best gym ever. Great coaches! Fun to workout with people that have the same common healthy goals!
I absolutely love this gym, in my own experience the coaches were amazing not only are they fun but they also give you great challenging workouts and push you to do your best, I really love everyone at results transformation center because it hardly feels like a gym, you'll actually be happy to show up and workout
This is the best place ever. All the coaches are awesome. They all have their own way to motivate you. Whether it's early morning 4:30 am or late night 7:30 pm. I have found my fit family. I didn't reach my 20lbs but I did loose 17lbs. It's more than I have lost in the past by my self. I still have a goal to loose 10 to 15 lbs more or replace it with lean muscle and pure energy. i just finished my second 6 week 20 pounds challenge. I work my butt off in the end I am excited to say I did it! once again I lost 20 lbs beyond my expectation hard work pays off when you put your mind to it. I wouldn't change one thing. My wife has been a part of Results TC Elk Grove family for about 2 years and she has always told me to join. After 2 years I caved in and decided to join and lose those extra 20lbs I had on me. Well after successfully finishing the challenge I can proudly say I lost over 23lbs. I'm back or close to my normal weight and haven't felt better in a long time.
