It's a really fun and get your body moving challenging work out. The coaches are great motivators and knowledgeable.
So far it is my second week since I have taken the 6 week challenge to loose 20lb.I am seeing some great results & looking forward to an everlasting workout routine for myself.Result transformation center's concept & culture is really good. Coaches & staff over there is really knowledgeable & courteous.They provide you training from their heart.
Results Transformation Centers are The Truth. I mostly use the Elk Grove Beast Mode location where the instructors are extremely supportive and motivating. You've got to be prepared to put in Dat Work. I was blessed to lose 30.2 pounds during my 6 week 20 lb challenge and I'm absolutely excited to roll in to my 2nd challenge to do it one mo gin.
