Thanks to all the coaches for pushing me thru my first 6 weeks. Lost a total of 21 lbs. Looking forward to my second challenge. Many thanks to the staff and coaches who make this program successful! Their supportive styles are the reason I'm a member, the reason I completed the challenge with 20.8 pounds lost, and the reason enjoy working out again! I highly recommend this gym!
Great program for those who need help and motivation. The coaches here are down for the cause and take time to help everyone and it becomes a family type of environment! Highly recommend anyone trying to change their lives to check it out
I had a few friends try this and it sounded good. I finally decided I needed someone to kick my butt, and I was willing to pay for it, so I joined the challenge. Even if you don't lose the 20 pounds, but you want someone to hold you accountable and give you solid workouts, this is a great place to start, stay or finish. Everyone is in it for you, and it feels great!
