Going in to round 3 of my second challenge, Results and the Fit Fam provide the support and push I need. Our home gym is Natomas but it is always awesome to visit other locations. With 10 locations, Results is close to everyone. Elk Grove welcomed us with open arms and I will being going out there again for a workout.
the workout was hard but I got to see my friend Robin Higley! we rocked it!
I just started my challenge 2 days ago. All I can say is that I'm glad I'm part of it. Support system is very motivational and very high energy. 🤗 No more excuses for me.
