Completed the 6 week challenge last Saturday. It was definitely challenging, but worth all the effort. I lost 7.6lbs in total, not the 20, but I gained some definition and lost inches. It was worth it and the support from my family and friends was incredible. Folsom/East Sac gym coaches rock.
Fun. It's actually fun. I'm dying right now but having fun while doing it. By far the best gym I've ever been to.
Coaches train as well as motivate. Good combination👍🏼
I just started the 6 week Hard body challenge and so far so good! The coaches are great and very encouraging and push to do your best! Love the environment and team work outs, everyone is so motivating and encourages you to not give up. I definitely recommend Results Transformation.
