I love this gym! I never thought those words would ever come from me!! The coaches are amazing, and truly encourage you and become friends. I started off with a 21 day challenge & now I am a member! Thank you Results team for helping me change my life. It is amazing how sometimes all you need is a little push! #LIFER
I first came to RTC because I needed to make a change and I knew I couldnt do it by myself. The coaches provided me with all the tools I needed to succeed in the 20 lb challenge. The workouts are tough and they are always different so you dont get bored of the same routine. The coaches are always there to answer any questions and correct us when we are not doing it right. Im happy to say I lost 21.2 lbs and am moving on to round 2. Im glad I made the choice to take the challenge.
I joined results a little over an year. Did 2 challenges and lost 46lbs. I loved this gym so much and became a member, results Has a great environment, absolutely great coaches and and everyone from staff to member are awesome. They do challenges specific for members to keep us focus and they do every 1st weekend of the month a "friends and family" event were you can bring people to train in the gym for a small fee and all the money goes to a cause.
