I am participating in the 6 week, 20lb weight loss challenge. The workouts are no joke. For me it's like a boot camp. I'm still trying to find my way. I'll be happy when all the kinks in my body are worked out, if that's possible. My brain is willing but my body puts on the breaks when something more challenging is introduced. I've been a member at Results since February 2014. They run a program that works (so long as YOU work it) and their group exercise classes are high-energy, well-planned and dependable. Gym perks include: myZone heart rate monitor system for real-time feedback, ability to purchase protein and other nutritional supplements without going to a vitamin store and a playful atmosphere. Recommended!
I love this place! The people make it what it is to me... family! I have been successful with challenges and continue to go as a member to help fulfill my goal of living a healthier and more active lifestyle.
I love that each day it’s a different workout. The coaches are very supportive. My level of energy has increased!
I absolutely love it! I'm not doing the challenge but have been coming for 2 weeks straight. The coach's are great. The atmosphere is welcoming, low lights, loud music and good music. Well worth it.
