Fun classes. They help you perfect your form so you do not hurt yourself or become injured. They do help you if the work out is difficult.

Loving all the trainers! So far so great. Great place very friendly staff Excellent resistance and strength building training session. They make a work out.

Best gym in my opinion. It's an instructor led class so you are always being checked for proper technique. In turn, you dont hurt yourself. also, there is an included nutrition plan that goes hand in hand with the workout regime. In a class environment, you become friends with your peers making the workouts fun and so enjoyable. you will never feel bored or alone like other gyms.
