The people & coaches are amazing. Welcoming no one judges or whispers when you can't keep up. Someone always comes over to help lift you up & push you.

So far, it's been great! Only day 3, but I'm really liking this gym more than any others I've been to. I've been welcomed and more importantly encouraged by my classmates, and Oscar keeps things fun in light of the challenging workouts. Feeling stronger every day!
I just started my second 6 week challenge. I can't say enough good things about the Central Sac location, the only location I've been to so far. The program is do-able, the coaches are so supportive and motivating and the other challengers/members are so friendly. It's truly like no other gym I've ever been to!
Great group of people. Coaches are very helpful and the camaraderie amongst teammates is so encouraging. Good atmosphere. Coach Oscar makes workout fun with his great selection of throwback music.
Love the coaches and trainers. Tough but fun workouts
Just finished my 2nd round of the challenge at results! boy that was hard! If you really are serious about your fitness and want to see results and changes in your body then come check out the gym! the coaches will seriously push you and you will reach a new level that you never thought you could. I'm super excited for this round's challenge. I know it will definitely be harder than the first 2. However with hard work and dedication, guidance from the coaches, I know Ill be able to reach my goal.
