This is a great place. If you are looking for a fun environment to get fit and/or stay fit Results is it. You will find comfort and support from both staff and members in whatever your challenge may be.
I just completed my first 6 week challenge and lost 23.4lbs! I couldn't have done this without the amazing staff and coaches at Folsom Blvd. They made this doable and enjoyable and provided so much support and encouragement. I would recommend this program to anyone who is looking to truly change their lives. This program is worth every penny and I am so, so thankful I did this for myself! Don't think about it.. just do it! Cannot wait to start my second challenge next week!
My husband and I just finished our CHALLENGE!! And to say we are feeling FABULOUS is an understatement!! They RESULTS Staff and Community are AWESOME!! The workouts were definitely "CHALLENGING" and everyone was so encouraging and enthusiastic!!! We are THRILLED with our RESULTS!!!
