Everyone is really friendly and motivating. Coach Michael helped with modifications due to old injuries, which was much needed. I'm one of those people that needs others to help motivate me to stay working out and this is the place. It's worth it!

I did the 20lbs in 6 weeks challenge and it was amazing! The coaches are so supportive and the people who attend Results are like family. There is no judgment within these walls and the people are truly there to support you and your goals. It isn't about competition, instead, it is about everyone making themselves a better version of themselves. I have learned how important daily activity is to me and how great it makes me feel. Love � this place ,I have lost over 58 lbs since Aug 1st and 2 challenges. It's a Fit Family.
This is not a normal gym membership... I have had those and I think my record is going like twice. This is my FitFam! Results is truly a transformation of all my bad habits. I am eating better and drinking plenty of water. They make the workout sessions so much fun and I never thought I would enjoy working out!!! Thank you coaches for helping me help myself to get this far!!
