I'm proud to say that I have finished and achieved my goal of losing 20 lbs in a 6 week challange. It was tough. And at times, I felt like giving up. But I had such great help from all the coaches and staff at Results that I didn't allow myself to quit. For anyone who is serious about making a positive change in their life, Results is THE place to start. Let go of your fears and comfort zone. I'm glad I did! Results is more than just a gym. It becomes a home surrounded by family.
I have had such a wonderful experience! The people there are so friendly and genuinely interested in my success. I was pushed to always grow in my fitness goals and was watched to make sure my form was safe. I have been recommending the gym to all my friends because I believe Results can help push them to be better too!
BEST.GYM.EVER!!! I couldn't be happier that I joined! Although it was a big commitment to do the 20lb challenge, it changed my life forever! I now look forward to going to the gym to hang with my fit fam! The trainers know my limitations and push me to be stronger! And I genuinely feel like after only 6 weeks i reset my mind about food, and am more cautious and respectful about what goes in my body! Thank you results- so glad I became a member!!!
