I cant praise the instructors (Sam, Dom and Cal) enough. The encouragement and support I have received from them is invaluable. They are knowledgable, approachable, encouraging and also really nice guys. They go through your individual plan with you step by step, and no question is a silly question. I have also met some really lovely people at the gym, no one judges you and everyone is super friendly. Thank you for making my gym experience a positive one. Nita
It's been 7 years since I first walked through the doors of results (minus a short sabbatical) and I can honestly say there is no place quite like it! I feel safe and supported. A programme tailored to me and my goals with expert coaches on hand to correct my form and push me out of my comfort zone. I am kept accountable with the booking in system and WhatsApp via gym phone. I am now that girly, where exercise is just part of the daily routine, be it for results and I am so proud of that.
Results is the best gym I’ve been too! Being given a varied workout plan each month is perfect for someone like me who has never been overly confident in what to do at the gym. The plans are easy to pick up and explain clearly how to progress each week which means improvements in your strength and fitness quickly. Cal and Dom are always super helpful and approachable, no question feels like a stupid one! I have never been a gym person as I always felt quite intimated by them. When I was looking for a gym to join, I wanted a gym that was welcoming and supportive and where no question was a silly question. I found exactly what I was looking for, Cal and the team are amazing, very supportive and encouraging.
