The apartment offered a delightful stay very good hosts and well professional lots of shops near to the location and it’s a nice and safe place to say will be booking more
Apartment area was filled with homeless people blocking access to the property. The apartments are nice but in poor locations which wouldn't be obvious to visitors. Called Customer service, and it was a disconnected number. Or my number has been blocked after a random £150 charge. There is virtually no way to contact any customer service. 1/10 !
Came to Birmingham for a business trip. Staying in this apartment for 3 days. First impression was great, plenty of parking space, friendly security person handed over the keys with a big smile. Place was spotless, super clean, and very spacious. Had a huge balcony and it feels very secure. Central location, 5mins walk to New street station, 5 mins walk to Bullring shopping mall.
