RecommendedI like the security, pools and landscaping. I have been really impressed with the maintenance crews that come very quickly to repair things when I put in a work order.
Renting here since my 1st year of college at MDC. Now I transferred to FIU and I usually bike there along US1. very convinient location for a college student. Great pool and tennis court for me to be used after classes!
I’m writing this review because mrs. Sheyla Winter in the office is great. She has a lot of patience and is very helpful. I’m also very happy living in this community. The apartments are great and they have done a great job in the common areas. Thank you !
I am writing this review on behalf of my retired mother living there. My mother has been living there for 1 year and we have just renewed her lease for another year. I visit her every week to take her out for lunch. Safety was a big concern for us, but 24/7 security(2 officers) and approval process of all tenants brings a total peace of mind for my mom and me. Her neighbours are very quiet and she even made some friends with other retired ladies in the complex.
