Moved here about 3 months ago. It's affordable and most of the renovations are complete. Not to excited about the laundry rooms costing the tenants money, but otherwise, it's a quiet and safe place so far. We rent a 1/1 and we slowly started to notice flaws of the newly renovated place. Not blaming the association, but the contractors did a sloppy job, but it's home and that's all that matters.
I have lived at Residences at the Falls for almost three years and have loved my experience living there. It is an affordable location and the management staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Make sure you ask for Brittany for all your leasing needs! It is a very quiet community and the security is great!
I moved in November 2015, since then everything has been great. It is a very quiet and protected community. At the Leasing Office you will find a well prepared team willing to help you every time, especially Sheyla. She always have the right answer and a smile in her face to help every resident. My friends and I (a total of 6 apartments rented) have no complaints about Residence at The Falls as you can see we are a big group and we continue to grow. I totally recommend it if you are looking for a place to rent.
My kiddos and I love it lots and are grateful to see how Staff, Security, & the Maintenance Team all work in 1 accord providing peace of mind 24/7
