To say our stay was unpleasant would be an understatement. We arrived late after traveling all day with our kids. We booked a hotel room only to realize the couch was not a pull out couch as stated in the amenities- no big deal, right? Surely there should be an easy fix. However, the night shift manager is the most unpleasant and inconsiderate person I have ever come across. تجربة كانت جميلة و مريحة الغرف نظيفة و الاهتمام بتنظيف الغرفة يوميا كان جيد الغرفة يتوفر فيها فرن و مكرويف للطبخ هي مثل شقة المصغرة الفطور جيد ولكن ثابت يوميا بدون تنوع و تغيير الموقع جدا مميز ، محطة القطار و المترو جدا قريبة و نصف ساعة فقط حتى تكون وصلت بوسط لندن 👍 الاسواق و المطاعم بجواره يوجد محلين اغذية و فواكه مقابل فندق تفتح 24 ساعة يوجد غرفة لغسيل الملابس مع مجفف مجانا وهذا امر رائع ولكنها اخر اليوم تكون متسخة عليك تنظيفها و غسل الحوض قبل الاستخدام ملاحظة لماذا 4 نجوم فقط بسبب محدودية الفطور عدم وجود موظفين استقبال ا... read more
