I joined Reshape a couple of weeks ago, after failed gym memberships - the classes have been great different activities each time and only being 45 minutes a class it keeps me motivated! The ladies are really friendly and supportive and Jon PT has been on hand for advice and motivation along the way! I would definitely recommend Reshape!

I’m not a Gym Bunny, so this has taken me completely out of my comfort zone, but I have to say I’m completely converted ! Jon is great, the programmes are so varied and the other ladies have been so friendly.. it’s early days I’m only 3 weeks into the process but there is some measurement losses which I’m pleased about … this has to be Kingswinfords best kept secret ! I plan to continue and hopefully will get the results I’m hoping for ❤️

I’m so glad I took the step to join Reshape Health, I'm already seeing and feeling the results, both physically and mentally. The atmosphere is incredibly supportive, motivating and exactly the judgement free zone I was looking for! Jon is fantastic - super knowledgable and approachable! The classes are well structured and challenging in the best way. Highly recommend to any woman looking for a positive, empowering fitness community
