What can I say about ReShape. Well… I joined after having years of back problems and two surgeries, neither of which worked. I was on my way to my 6 or 7th MRI when I decided I no longer wanted to do down this path. I cancelled my appointment and contacted ReShape, and it was the best decision I have made in a long time. I really recommend...I've been going about 6 weeks and have started to notice my shape change already. I love the focused pt element to each workout so you can really feel the muscles working. I have been working harder than ever before in the gym but because its done in a safe way you don't get injuries. I love the feeling of completing a proper focused workout rather than just randomly wandering around a gym not knowing what to do properly. I'm in my 6th month at reshape and it has certainly been a journey. I'm 54 and had always been really physically strong and able to maintain a good fitness level until the menopause!. I was not prepared for it and nothing I had done previously was working for me any more. I knew that my body needed a nutritional re-boot and something different physically. When I started Reshape, I wasn’t after loosing weight like most of people are. I was more after healthy lifestyle and getting my body toned. I must admit, Reshape is different from what you have tried in the past. It’s intense, hard and efficient. If you are not 100% sure about it, you won’t stick to it. You have to be determined and driven to get to your goal. All the coaches are great and pushes you to the limit. They will challenge you so much, you would be at the edge. I needed some help with my fitness and diet and ReShape has provided both to a really high standard. I haven’t found it easy but didn’t expect to either. Accountability has been key for me. This is achieved by the coaches and other members of the team checking in and being at the end of a message at all times. The training sessions are tough by design and the focus on form is unlike any other gym and part of the reason I joined.
