I joined reshape a few years ago and was welcomed by all the coaches and other reshapers, I never felt out of place when I came to my sessions and always had a laugh while shredding the fat and getting fitter, due to a change in health circumstances I had to leave but I have just rejoined after a year off and im so glad I have, reshape is like a home from home with the amazing coaches who push to my limit then get me past that limit ,im loosing weight and dropping cm in all areas, i couldn't have done it without all the coac... read more

Joined this gym 4 weeks ago. At the start I was scared and sceptical, but not I am so happy I’m seeing results. The coaches are so helpful and guide you through everything to make sure you’re getting the best possible outcome. I’m so happy I’ve started my journey and I’m so much better off than I was 4 weeks ago 😃
