Dr. Keller and Pam, my hygienist are wonderful. They are both professionals, and make me feel welcome and at ease, explain everything to me and are very nice people. I have been coming to Palo Alto Dental for over 30 years, Dr, Parker was my original dentist, and both of my children come here as well. I would not hesitate to refer anyone here.
Amanda is great - I love her efficiency, thoroughness, and lack of talkativeness. I had significant trouble understanding Lucy (I think that was her name) as she sold me & instructed me on the whitening gel I purchased after my appointment...her accent was quite thick and when I asked her to repeat herself she simply repeated what she said, which I just couldn't make out. Suggestion: she try saying what she wants to say in another way if someone asks her to repeatedly repeat herself.
Late arrival policy too strict.
